CanACC owns all intellectual property rights unless agreed to otherwise in advance with members or associates. In return CanACC respects the moral and intellectual copyrights vested in its members and associates.
CanACC always conducts its services honestly and honourably, and expects employees, volunteers, members and associates to do the same. Any advice, assistance and strategic services provided regardless of means or method, take into account ethical considerations, as well as the protection and enhancement of the moral positions of everyone concerned.
DUTY OF CARE
CanACC actions and advice always conform to the law and the Chamber members and associates are expected, at all time and in all situations, to do the same.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
No founding member can vote for any proposal that is submitted on his/her behalf. In case of conflicts between members, CanACC will provide a neutral resolution that is based on the facts provided from parties concerned, and that will ensure justice and fairness.
CanACC conducts its activities professionally and with integrity. It takes great care to be completely objective in its judgment and any recommendations provided so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interest of the organization, its members and the community.
